In a real estate environment that is constantly changing, having a knowledgeable real estate professional is a must. By studying the real estate markets and inventory daily, I can spot opportunities that other, less experienced agents, may miss. Publications and data are studied on a regular basis from a variety of sources; nationally, regionally, and locally. I strongly believe that an agent must be a full-time agent to bring the most benefit to their clients, there are opportunities that would be missed if I were not immersed in the real estate market every day. I have been a full-time agent since 1997, helping hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their goals, taking hundreds of hours of research and education to help my clients feel confident, knowing they will get the best possible results on their real estate transaction.
With years of residential construction experience, I can point out potential issues while touring properties with potential buyers. This greatly increases my clients‘ comfort level in making a purchase decision. This skill is also used with sellers, pointing out potential issues to be addressed before the home even goes on the market, with the goal of getting my sellers top dollar.
By listening to each clients‘ wants and needs, I learn and tailor my working and communication style to create the best buying or selling process. If you are a client who needs a lot of time, you can trust that I have all the patience in the world and will be more than willing to work with you until you are comfortable buying or selling. I want my clients to feel confident in their real estate decision, but can also deliver the fastest results by utilizing the latest technologies.

In doing this I have to be honest, forthright, and sometimes point out negative things the buyer cannot see. This is all done to achieve the goal of making a wise Real Estate purchase and investment.
I offer my clients the highest level of service by providing them an in-depth analysis of their needs, their wants, and of course, what is realistic for them. I offer personal service and I do not hand my clients off to anyone. Communication is the key to our success working together as a team.
Once I have completed the analysis I then provide my clients with on going research and information to give them the most options and choices that are available. I never rush my clients and I let them know from the beginning that this process may be quicker or take much longer than they expected. Either way, I am with them until they reach their goal.
Once we have found the perfect home and have made an offer and even closed on that home, that is when my true level of service shines through. I do not forget my clients after closing. I stay in touch with them for years to come providing them with up to date Real Estate reports, articles, information, and even an analysis of the home they have purchased on an annual basis.
